Refund Policy

At Bumpers, we want you to feel confident when booking our online birth classes. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Cancellations by You

• If you cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase and before accessing any class materials, you are entitled to a full refund.
• If you have already accessed digital content or attended a class, no refund will be available.

2. Cancellations After 14 Days

• Refunds are not normally available after 14 days unless required by law.
• You may, however, request to transfer your booking to another date or class (subject to availability).

3. Cancellations by Us

• In the rare event that we cancel a class, you will be offered:
• A transfer to another date, or
• A full refund of the fees paid.

4. Digital Products

• Digital courses, recordings, or downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.



5. How to Request a Refund

• To request a refund, please contact us at victoria@bumpershub.co.uk with your booking details.
• Approved refunds will be processed within [7–14] working days to your original payment method.
