Week One

Preparing for Labour and Birth

90 Minutes

This week, I will gently guide you through ways to help your body – and your baby – feel ready for labour. You’ll discover the most optimal position for your baby during birth, along with simple, comforting techniques to encourage them into place.


We’ll also explore the early signs that labour may be starting, so you can feel calm, informed, and confident about when to call your midwife or hospital.

Week Two

Understanding Labour and Delivery

90 Minutes


This week, we will walk through the stages of labour, so you know what’s happening in your body – and your baby’s journey – at each stage. We’ll explore ways to stay comfortable and cope at home, as well as the different pain relief options available.


You’ll also learn what to expect during labour and delivery, and we’ll discuss the various types of birth, so you feel informed, supported, and ready for the big day.

Week Three

Postpartum Care for You and Your Baby

90 Minutes

In our final week, we’ll focus on caring for both yourself and your newborn after birth. You’ll learn what’s normal – and what’s not – in those first days and weeks, so you can feel reassured and confident. We’ll cover caring for your baby’s cord and skin, understanding feeding cues, and knowing what to expect with nappies.


We’ll also explore gentle, practical ways to nurture your own body and emotional wellbeing as you recover and adjust to life with your baby.

This course includes three 90-minute online classes, followed by a special online reunion once all the babies have arrived. To keep the experience personal and supportive, each class is limited to 10 spaces.
